Since joining Crossfit 8 Mile in January of 2022, he has shed over 70 pounds through unwavering commitment to his fitness goals!
Despite his demanding work schedule, Sergio maintains an impressive work-life balance, prioritizing his well-being without compromise. In the gym, his work ethic is unparalleled; he pushes himself to the limit with every workout, always striving for improvement. What truly sets Sergio apart is his infectious positivity. He cheers on fellow gym-goers, offering encouragement and support, and readily lends a hand in tidying up after sessions.

Your Crossfit Story:
I remember that day when I took a selfie and I realized that I had forgotten about myself. I promised not to fail, but I knew that everything was a process. I started going to CrossFit and changing my eating habits. I love going to train every morning and personally I consider it part of my life.
Why Do You Continue to Do Crossfit?
I genuinely enjoy training every day. I like all the movements and my goal is to be able to master them all!
Favorite Movements:
My favorite movements are burpees, box jumps and rope climbs!
Least Favorite Movements:
My least favorite is the dreaded ECHO bike!
Goals:
My goal is to continue to try to master all the movements we do in the gym. More specifically I want to work getting better with bar muscle ups, snatches and double unders!
