Class Schedule




This class is centered around general fitness. Where will develop strength, stamina, endurance, power and 6 more other facets of fitness. Here we will develop well rounded fitness and never get bored!


On Ramp

This is for our brand new members to CrossFit. Complete two intro 1 on 1 sessions and then you are able to try any class on the schedule! Here you will learn the typical movements you will see in class. As well as getting some conditioning.


Olympic Weightlifting

This is a program designed around the sport of Olympic weightlifting. Developing technique and strength in the snatch & clean and jerk. This session is a “work at your own pace” coached class.


Personal Training

One on one sessions with our highly qualified and experienced coaches. Programmings and exercises tailored to your specific goals and needs.



A class specific for athletes over the age of 50 years old. Programming based on the aging athlete to maintain a healthy lifestyle and working out with people with similar goals.



This boot-camp style, barbell free class will work on increasing your ability to go longer and faster in workouts. This class is for the athlete that is looking for a long (non-complicated) grind or hard and fast intervals.
