The CrossFit 8 Mile community offers peer motivation and accountability. Unlike other gyms, our members encourage each other, and work together towards their fitness goals.
We believe that fitness is a lifelong pursuit, and a worthy one at that! Our athletes vary in age from 3 – 72 (and everywhere in between). We assess and appropriately scale workouts depending on where the athlete is in their fitness journey.
Monday-Friday
- 5 AM Class
- 6:00 AM Class
- 9:30 AM Class
- 11:00 AM Class
- 2:30-4:30 PM Open Gym (M/W/F)
- 4:30 PM Class
- 6 PM Class
- 7:30 PM Class *No class on Fridays
- 7:00 PM Barbell Club Mon/Wed/Sat (9:30am)
- *7:30 Tues/Thur Conditioning Class (Metcon)
Saturday
- 8 AM Class
- 9:30 AM Barbell Club
- 9:30 AM Specialty Class
- 11:00 AM Class
Sunday
- 10 AM Conditioning Class (Metcon)
