CrossFit 8 Mile Coaches

Our coaching staff has a strong focus on your safety and on your technique which leads to improved performance & better health.


The CrossFit 8 Mile community offers peer motivation and accountability. Unlike other gyms, our members encourage each other, and work together towards their fitness goals.

Athletic Spectrum

We believe that fitness is a lifelong pursuit, and a worthy one at that! Our athletes vary in age from 3 – 72 (and everywhere in between). We assess and appropriately scale workouts depending on where the athlete is in their fitness journey.

  • 6:00 AM Class
  • 9:30 AM Class
  • 11:00 AM Class
  • 2:30-4:30 PM Open Gym (M/W/F)
  • 4:30 PM Class
  • 6 PM Class
  • 7:30 PM Class *No class on Fridays
  • 7:00 PM Barbell Club Mon/Wed/Sat (9:30am)
  • *7:30 Tues/Thur Conditioning Class (Metcon)
