With increased services, hours and coaching, barbell will be a separate cost then any CrossFit membership. We know many people will only come occasionally and an added monthly would not make sense. Barbell club will run on a punchcard system to use at your leisure. Discounts will be given based on what CrossFit membership you hold. Pricing details below.

Rowing Clinic

Rowing in a workout can be a lot harder or a lot easier depending on your technique. We preach technique every day with a barbell but same thing goes for rowing! Efficiency is greatly higher with proper technique. Mick has a long history in the sport of crew. From coaching to being an athlete all at the college level down to juniors coaching. Mick is also a CrossFitter and knows all the capacities in which we row. What to expect: Personal safety is more behavioral then physical. People already posses the tools and an ability to protect themselves, they may not know it.
