With the change in leadership right before The CrossFit Games season kicks off we get the same old misery and gripes while others celebrate with every Open announcement. This year we kick things off with simple, exhausting, but doable.
We have 4 willing and brave participants representing our two Open teams to battle for our 22.1 Showdown!!!

In the RX corner we have The 2021 CrossFit 8 Mile Open Female Champion Jensen Farmer representing Ninjas With ATTITUDE!!! She will be taking on the challenger from Coach’s Favorite and first time 8 Mile Open participant in Melissa GONZALES!!!!!
In the scaled division representing NWA is 8 Mile’s unofficial public relations point man Mike Odom. He dares to go up against everyone’s 6pm sweet heart of Mandie Pasek!
