Another curve ball with another spicy combination of common movements paired up to hurt! Our head to head match up for 17.2 also reflects the styles of our athletes. This is the classic story of the tortise and the hare. Shane Miller is the epityomy of the young and the restless. Shane gives every workout everything has from the words “3,2,1, GO!”. Shane has the speed and vigor to crush certain elements just like a lot of people will do in the first two rounds of those workout.
Warning to spectators to not get caught staring at only the speed of Shane Miller. Look out of “Mr. Methodical”. The wisely veteran, Jared Ryan, executes reps as if it’s the only one he has to do. First rep of the workout and the last rep are doing the same intenisty, same speed, and ideal movement. He may not dazzle you with flare, but one thing I promise, he will get to those bar muscles and chip away at them one rep at a time, leaving a little extra in the tank to push across the finish line. Where will you put your money? The speedy spark plug of Shane Miller? Or Jared “Mr Methodical” Ryan?
Tune in Friday Night!![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
