Your Crossfit Story:

Our son, John and daughter in law, Anna, belong to CrossFit 8 Mile, and they got my hubby and me the CrossFit Legends class for Christmas a couple years ago. I fell in love with Crossfit right away!!

Why Do You Continue to Do Crossfit?

The variety of workouts are great, and I feel like I learn something new every day. It’s a good change from my usual swimming routine, I’ve become much more balanced physically. I also think the atmosphere at 8 Mile is amazing, such a super community!

Favorite Movements:

My favorite movements are abs, and anything cardio!

Least Favorite Movements:

My least favorite are deadlifts (says the wife of a funeral director lol)

Goals:

Those darn DUs, they tear me up but I really want to get a hang of those. And I’d like to keep learning new movements. Picking up an extra day a week is my recent goal too,  plus I’ve been working with Mark on nutrition (such a positive move).

I’m blessed to be part of all this,  thank you for being a part of my life story!
