Due to COVID-19 we are currently holding capped classes. Classes are capped at 15 members per class. This will be our practice until further notice.You’ll need to sign up through Zen Planner which you can do by clickingRIGHT HERE. No Shows are charged $10. You can also go to our Member Area page

Cancellation within 4 HOURS or failure to show will be followed by a warning. Second occurrence members will be charged $10. 5/6:30am Classes have an 8 hour cancellation window
We ask for you to be diligent on personal health screening
If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher – please do not come to the gym.
If you knowingly have been exposed to COVID-19 do not come to the gym until testing negative for the virus twice greater than 24 hrs apart, per the CDC.
If you start to have symptoms within 48 hours of attending a class, please contact Nick Carignan directly with what classes you attended in the time span.
How to Enter the Gym:
Use hand sanitizer located at the front desk
Proceed to an 8 Mile floor decal
Place your bag or personal items in your area
Stay 6’ apart
When the workout concludes:
Spray/Wipe all of your equipment down
Return it how you found it in the beginning of class
Gather your personal items and exit the building through the East overhead door.</li?
