How to Get Started
Are you interested in getting started on your path to health and fitness? We will be with you every step of the way. We can get started with a No Sweat Intro. It’s just like it sounds, and introduction to fitness without sweating! We will figure out your goals, reason for change and what services we provide to help you achieve your goals!

The CrossFit 8 Mile community offers peer motivation and accountability. Unlike other gyms, our members encourage each other, and work together towards their fitness goals.
We believe that fitness is a lifelong pursuit, and a worthy one at that! Our athletes vary in age from 3 – 72 (and everywhere in between). We assess and appropriately scale workouts depending on where the athlete is in their fitness journey.

- 2:30-4:30 PM Open Gym (M/W/F)
- 4:30 PM Class
- 5:00 PM Barbell Club Mon/Wed/Sat (9:30am)
