The CrossFit 8 Mile community offers peer motivation and accountability. Unlike other gyms, our members encourage each other, and work together towards their fitness goals.
We believe that fitness is a lifelong pursuit, and a worthy one at that! Our athletes vary in age from 3 – 72 (and everywhere in between). We assess and appropriately scale workouts depending on where the athlete is in their fitness journey.

Due to COVID-19 we are currently holding capped classes. Classes are capped at 15 members per class.
