Olympic Weightlifting revolves around two classic lifts; The Snatch and Clean & Jerk
The barbell club is focused on developing each member in technique, proficiency and strength in these two movements. It’s done in many ways but coaching is a key piece for progress and success.
Barbell Club
90 minute sessions of working through the written strength program for the day. This is done at your own pace. A coach is constantly monitoring and coaching athletes throughout the session.
Programming
If you're looking to improve your lifts and athleticism our general weightlifting program will help you get there! If you have specific goals and hope to competing in the sport, then specific individualized programmings is an option.
For Everyone
Whether you want to just train the lifts, get stronger, or compete this is for you. This training will help improve speed, strength, and overall athletic ability.
Personal programming is also available.

Monday: 5:00-6:30pm
Wednesday: 5:00-6:30pm
Saturday: 9:30-11:00am
