Fitness is a temporary state. Something that if we don’t maintain it we lose it. But conversely if we work on it, it gets better! In our never ending pursuit of fitness we keep working consistently and things will improve. Thinking of fitness right now as micro-dosing. The goal is to get a workout in but think you could have done a little more rather than you did too much. As time goes on we can pick our places to go a little harder and other times to pull back and just move and sweat.
Our Legends class is designed to help you stay strong, mobile, and active for years to come. We focus on building muscle mass and strength to maintain independence and resilience, mobility to move with ease and confidence, and cardiovascular health to support endurance and heart function. Each session is thoughtfully structured to enhance functional fitness, helping you feel better in everyday activities while reducing the risk of injury. Whether you’re looking to regain strength, improve flexibility, or boost overall well-being, this class is tailored to help you age with strength, vitality, and confidence.
We currently have a Legends class on Tuesday and Thursday at 7am.
We are starting a pilot class at 11am starting April 1st. This being Tuesdays and Thursdays. This pilot class time would last 4 weeks. If attendance doesn’t deem it necessary then the 11am class would end.
