This class will teach and get athletes familiar with strongman events and implements. It’s the time to test your limits on yokes, kegs, circus dumbbells, and everyone’s favorite, atlas stones.
This class will revolve around the bench, squat, and deadlift. We will expose athletes to the many wrinkles and accessories to improve this lifts. Powerlifting will help set the foundation for future strength gains.
When you hear gymnastics everyone thinks college or olympians on rings or bars. Gymnastic can simply be body weight movement. This will class will help break down the movements such as muscle ups, toes to bar, pull ups, dips and many other movements.
The classic lifts are snatch and clean and jerk. These have been an Olympic sport for decades. This speed sport can be very complex and intriquete. The class will help break the movements down further and improve the athletes technique.
Kettlebell sport evolves around long cycles of kettlebell snatch and kettlebell clean and jerk. This moves can be smooth and effiecent when executed properly. This class’ intention is to help develop the smooth crisp movement.
