The CPAT Assessment is the starting point for candidates who want to know exactly where they stand and what they need to improve.
During this one-on-one session, we review the physical demands and techniques of each CPAT station. You’ll work through key movements under fatigue so I can evaluate your strength, conditioning, technique, pacing, and overall readiness.
This is not just a workout. It’s an honest evaluation designed to identify your strengths, expose your weaknesses, and create a clear plan to help you pass.
After we’ve gone through your assessment, now we can dial training in. These 1-on-1 sessions are designed to help you improve the areas we identified in your assessment.
Have a classmate, friend, or fellow candidate preparing for the CPAT? Train together in a small-group setting that adds accountability, encouragement, and healthy competition, while also making each session more cost-effective.
Need a training plan for the days you aren’t meeting with a coach? We’ve got you covered.
Your program will be built around the specific strength, conditioning, and work-capacity improvements you need to make, while also accounting for the equipment and training environment available to you. Whether you train at a commercial gym, a home gym, or somewhere in between, you’ll have a clear plan designed to keep you progressing toward your goal.
