Getting Started: Elements Program
All new members to CrossFit go through our Elements Program. The program entails 3 sessions of 1-on-1 with a coach. These sessions will lay the foundation by teaching new members the main movements that will be performed in a typical class. It’ll be focused on skill development with some conditioning. This is a controlled setting to learn brand new movements at your pace.
Elements are a one time fee of $150 for the 3 sessions, plus your first month FREE!. Sessions can be scheduled when ever the coordinating coach and client can arrange them.
