JustFit Mission Statement

My plan is based on no sugar, no additives and no chemicals. I base my beliefs on it’s not the number on the scale that you need to be concerned with but it’s what that number is made of. I can give you the knowledge that will help bring your mindset back to the basics and help you understand what to eat and when to eat it. What Can I Expect?

Jamie Justin is a International Sport Science Association Certified Nutritionist that works close with athletes to achieve their specific goals. whether they are wanting to lose weight, gain mass, or eating to train in a specific sport. Jamie doesn’t promote “diets” or fads. She TEACHES you how to eat and how to see food.

  • Kitchen Makeover

    $250 (add on) Kitchen Makeover (4-5hr) Allow me to come over and survey your kitchen to make sure it is full equipped so you can take on your new eating plan with success. Together we will go over what high quality foods vs low quality foods look like. We will go over best options for food storage and make sure you have the appliances that will make food prep easy and fast as possible. I will give you the education needed as to why certain foods shouldn’t be in the kitchen and how to replace them. We will discuss sugar, trans fats, artificial ingredients and processed foods. I will go over making a grocery shopping list from your food list and customized plan. We will take a trip to the grocery store where I will show you how to read labels, the tricks to finding the superfoods and non traditional items and how to shop on the “outskirts” of the store. This will be a good way to establish a quick in and out guide to getting what you need and not spending your whole afternoon in the store.
