Eight Mile Barbell
A three day a week Olympic weightlifting club. The club’s focus is improving and developing the classic lifts of the snatch and clean & jerk. Every session is ran and organized by a coach. Each session has programmed training that will progress and be periodized with multiple goals and objectives.
This is open to all levels. Novice and veterans alike all have room for improvement. Nobody is beyond coaching, which is exactly what you will get with 8 Mile Barbell.
Whether you want to compete in USAW sanctioned meets, want to just learn the movements, or want to get stronger in the lifts to translate into CrossFit training, this club will benefit you. We encourage all the above. We have from 12 year old registered lifters to athletes in their 40s and beyond.

Saturday: 9:00am-10:30am
