“Big Floyd” is a CrossFit WOD named after George Floyd, an unarmed man who died from a Minneapolis police officer kneeling on his neck for more than eight minutes as he cried out “I can’t breathe”. Floyd was 46 years old, and left behind a 6 year old daughter. He was often referred to as the “Gentle Giant” by those close to him. As we come together for this workout remember it is to mourn the unjust death of a human being.
